How does AI scoring and verdicts work?
Every uploaded CV is scored out of 100 against the job requirements and assigned a verdict — Strong Fit, Partial Fit, or Weak Fit. Candidates are then ranked so you can instantly see who to prioritise.
What is the AI Shortlist?
The AI Shortlist is an automatically generated, ranked list of your top candidates. Each entry includes the candidate’s verdict, score, and a written rationale explaining why they do or don’t match the role. You also get a pool-level summary highlighting overall strengths and gaps across all applicants.
Where are files stored?
Your files are stored securely in the cloud with encryption. Only people on your team who you’ve given access to can view them.
Can admins and HR have different access?
Yes. Admins have full control over the platform, while HR team members can only see and manage their own jobs and candidates. Permissions are built in — no setup needed.
What do the CV Score and Interview Score mean?
The CV Score (0–100) measures how well a candidate’s resume matches the job requirements. The Interview Score is a separate metric for post-interview evaluation. Both are displayed side-by-side so you can compare candidates across both dimensions.
What file formats do you support?
We support PDF, DOC, and DOCX files. You can upload up to 400 CVs at once, with a maximum file size of 50MB each.

How do you handle GDPR compliance?
All candidate data is encrypted and protected with strict access controls — only your authorized team members can see it. You decide how long data is kept, and candidates can request their information be deleted at any time. Enterprise customers also receive formal data protection agreements.
